Google Ads Case Studies: Real Results From Real Accounts

Every result on this page comes from a real Google Ads account with real campaign data. These are not projections or industry averages. They are actual numbers from accounts where campaign structure, conversion tracking, and weekly optimization were done correctly.

The results below come from accounts I have managed directly. Some came out of solo consulting engagements working with business owners one on one, and some came out of agency contracting work where the audit, the restructure, the keyword strategy, and the ongoing optimization were all performed personally. Every number shown comes from a real Google Ads dashboard and represents what structured, well managed campaigns actually produce when the fundamentals are done correctly.

More Results on the Way

This case study library grows as client results accumulate and as additional accounts are cleared for publication. If you are a business owner trying to figure out whether this approach applies to your specific industry, you are welcome to book a free strategy call and ask directly. Most of the conversation usually clarifies very quickly whether Google Ads is the right channel for the situation and what realistic numbers look like for the market in question.

How These Results Were Achieved

The common structural thread across every account on this page is the same. Campaign architecture is built around specific service types rather than generic keyword buckets. Ad groups are tight enough that the keyword, the ad, and the landing page all speak to the same intent, which is what drives a healthy Quality Score and lower cost per click. Weekly search term review builds a compounding negative keyword list rather than setting it once and forgetting it, which is where most accounts quietly bleed budget over time.

The second piece is measurement. Conversion tracking has to count real leads, not button clicks or page views, and call tracking has to be wired in cleanly so phone leads show up in the same reporting as form submissions. Once those two pieces are in place, weekly optimization actually has something honest to optimize against, and that is when the cost per lead numbers in these case studies start showing up.

Industries Covered

The case studies here span tree services, kitchen remodeling, fencing, power washing, HVAC, health insurance, and addiction treatment, with more being added regularly. The same structural approach applies across any local service business or lead generation account that depends on Google to generate qualified inquiries, whether that is a legal practice in a competitive market or a home services company building a footprint across Metro Detroit.
