White Label Google Ads Management for Agencies
A specialist paid search partner for marketing agencies who want to offer Google Ads under their own brand, without hiring an in-house PPC team.
I work with marketing agencies as a white label Google Ads partner, managing paid search accounts entirely behind the scenes. Your clients never know I'm involved. Reporting goes out under your brand, and you present the work as your own. Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on ad spend, starting at $450 per account, so your margin stays predictable. There are no long-term contracts, and you can start with a 1–2 account pilot before committing more.
If you run a marketing agency, web design firm, or consulting practice, your clients probably keep asking for Google Ads management. You have two realistic options. Build an in-house paid search team, which is expensive and slow to staff. Or bring in a white label partner who delivers paid search under your brand without adding headcount.
That's what I do. I manage the accounts, you keep the client relationship, and everything goes out under your name.
How the White Label Relationship Works
I work completely behind the scenes. Your clients never know I exist, and all communication with them goes through you. It works whether you're a full-service agency adding paid search, a web design firm whose clients need ads, or an SEO consultant expanding into paid.
Partner call
We talk through the accounts you want to place, your reporting format, and how you like to communicate.
Access and audit
You share manager access. Each account gets a structure audit and ramp plan within 5 business days.
Build or restructure
New accounts get built from scratch. Existing accounts get cleaned up before ongoing management starts.
Ongoing management
Weekly optimization, monthly white-labeled reports, and strategy notes you can present as your own.
Flat monthly management fee per account, based on monthly ad spend.
A one-time onboarding fee of $250–$400 applies per account. Everything is billed net 15 directly to your agency, never through client ad spend.
Not ready to hand five accounts to a new partner? Place 1–2 accounts for 60 days at standard pricing. If the work and communication fit, we move to a full partnership with volume pricing.
I take on a limited number of new agency partners each quarter so every account gets real attention.
What I Handle
New account builds
Keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy, conversion tracking, and landing page recommendations.
Weekly management
Search terms review, negative keywords, bid and budget adjustments, and ad copy testing.
Audits and rebuilds
For existing accounts I find where budget is being wasted, then restructure before taking over.
White-labeled reporting
Monthly reports in a clean format with your branding, ready to send to your client.
I also manage Meta Ads under the same arrangement if your clients need paid social alongside search.
I work across local service and specialty verticals including self storage, home services, medical practices, and law firms. I know those categories well enough to spot what a generalist would miss.

Why Agencies Work With Me
Most agencies bring in a white label partner because they want a specialist, not a generalist. Paid search needs daily attention, deep platform knowledge, and category experience. That's hard to get from someone who's also juggling social, SEO, and web projects.
I've managed Google Ads accounts since 2019 and partnered with 19 agencies across the US and Canada since 2023. Paid media is the only thing I do. I care more about the quality of leads an account produces than metrics that look good in a screenshot. Better leads mean happier clients, lower churn, and a stronger relationship for your agency.
You also work directly with me, the person managing the account. No account manager layer, no handoffs.

Confidentiality and Client Relationships
The white label arrangement is completely confidential to your clients. Protecting your client relationship is the foundation of the partnership, and I treat it that way.
- I'll sign your NDA and non-solicitation agreement before any account access.
- I never market to your clients, contact them, or reveal my involvement.
- Everything I produce is yours to present under your brand.
- Any results I share publicly are anonymized, with no agency or client details.
If a client ever asks who manages their account, that's a conversation between you and them, not me.
Pricing and Getting Started
Pricing is a flat monthly fee per account, based on ad spend rather than a percentage of it. Your margin stays predictable and doesn't shrink as a client's budget grows.
- Pilot: Start with 1–2 accounts for 60 days at standard pricing.
- Full partnership: 5+ accounts, with volume discounts at 15 and 30 accounts.
- No long-term contracts: Month to month, with 30 days' notice on either side to hand an account back.
- Communication: Email or a shared Slack channel, with replies within one business day.
To get started, book a partnership call and we'll talk through what you need.
